Chairman's Executive Comments
Everest enters the second half of 2026 from a position of strength. The quarter affirmed the economics of our platform, with continued progress in revenue, profitability and patient census. More importantly, it gives us the financial capacity and leadership stability to focus on the work that creates durable long-term value.
Our next phase is about disciplined execution: improving census, retention and referrals within the clinics we already operate; opening Ellsworth responsibly; and advancing the next regional opportunity without getting ahead of our people or capital. With Heather Camara and Paul Makowski leading the organization and greater depth in finance, I believe we have the right team and a clear agenda for the balance of the year.
